Euston Luggage (“we”) operates luggage storage at 52 Eversholt St, London NW1 1DA and the website at eustonluggage.com.
When you book online we collect your name, email, phone number, booking dates, bag count and payment confirmation details from our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We use your details to confirm bookings, send receipts, prevent fraud, and contact you about your reservation. Staff may also use your contact details for same-day collection or support.
We use privacy-friendly first-party analytics to understand which sources and pages bring visitors to our website. We record an anonymous session identifier, referral source, campaign tags, landing page, device category and page-view count. We do not store IP addresses or use third-party advertising trackers. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
We share necessary data with Stripe (payments) and our email provider to send confirmations. We do not sell your personal information.
